Charlie Getting Custody Because Brooke Is On A Binge?

Brooke Mueller soon to be ex of Charlie Sheen has her friends and family worried that she's fallen off the wagon and is on a serious cocaine and alcohol bender.  Just days after TMZ posted video of Brooke trying to pawn a stereo and expensive men's watch in Inglewood, CA they wouldn't complete the transaction as she didn't have valid I.D.  Brooke shouldn't need any extra money since she's still getting $55,000 a month in child support for twins Bob & Max, 2.  Sources report that Brooke's mother is taking care of the twins.


If that wasn't enough drama already part of Charlie and Brooke's custody settlement is that they both submit to drug testing as they are both recovering addicts if either fail they would lose their joint custodial rights.  Brooke was scheduled to submit a urine sample and was said to be calling friends "for clean urine" it seems as though no one was willing to help her in her downward spiral she didn't show for testing and therefore, the courts consider that they same as dropping dirty.  Charlie is said to be headed back to California for an emergency hearing to establish him as the sole custodial parent until Brooke enters rehab.

Radar Online somehow managed to find the crack dealer who sold Brooke an 8 ball outside of the pawn shop....unreal.

Brooke was set to star in Paris Hilton's new reality show.  Word is, many of her scenes ended up on the cutting room floor...damn!

All My Children & One Life To Live CANCELLED!!

ABC announced today that All My Children (AMC) which premiered in 1970 and One Live To Live which first aired in 1968 (OLTL) have been cancelled.  This leaves General Hospital as the only soap opera on ABC.  Last year CBS cancelled Guiding Light and As The World Turns leaving them with only The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful.  NBC's only remaining soap opera is Days of our Lives.  The final episode of AMC will air September 2011 and OTL will air in January 2012.  

Television journalists had been speculating this would happen for quite some time when AMC moved production from NYC to LA to cut costs, asked cast members to accept salary reductions and even fired some.  The real problem seemed to stem from the soaps not being able to attract new viewers and the highly coveted 18-34 demographic that's popular with advertisers.

Kelly Ripa  who starred on AMC commented on at the time the potential cancellation.  Susan Lucci who starred on AMC since it first aired in 1970 released a statement.

In WTF News...

Benecio del Toro and Kimberly Stewart (Rod Stewart's daughter) are expecting a child together.  Kim used to hang out with Paris Hilton (check the video below) and has dated Cisco Adler in the past.  For the past few years Kim has been living in the U.K. acting in several plays.  del Toro's rep confirms the two are not a couple but, that Benecio is the father.  If these two were dating NOBODY knew about it.  Benecio filmed that Wolfman in England back in 2008 maybe they met there?
