People is reporting that Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits were spotted shopping for an engagement ring. First of all, these storied pop up all the time whenever a celeb couple is spotted at a jewelry store. But, she did just turn 30 and Nicole Richie is married with 2 babies. But, he did buy her a $300,000 Lexus so maybe that's to stall her. *Kanye, shrug*
