A new video has surfaced showing Linday Lohan making a very suspicious looking transaction on the street in front of a bar.

Lindsay Lohan hung out with new friends outside of Hal's Bar & Grill in Venice Beach ... not far from her home.

The 25-year-old actress kept busy writing in a notebook and smoking cigarettes ... while those around her kept watch.

At one point, Lindsay can be seen taking a small plastic bag from a mystery man. Once her friend inspected the goods, Lindsay handed over the cash to pay for it. Once her purchase was completed, she took time to chat with some young fans passing by.
After leaving Hal's, Lilo stayed mum about her undercover transaction

Lindsay's rep Steve Honig Say:
"The bag contained crystals that had been purchased for Lindsay at a local shop."

There's even video and that definitely looks like crystal but, not crystals...I'm just sayin'.  

Plea Deal

Felicia was arrested as part of a drug ring bust and was adamant about her innocence.  Well, today she entered a not guilty plea and will receive 3 years probation for her role in the heroin drug ring bust. 

Arrest Details

Over the weekend Bog Boi was arrested for possession of a controlled substance click here if you missed that.  Well more details have come out with exactly how much drugs Big Boi was found with.  Big Boi was exiting a cruise ship in the port of Miami drug sniffing dogs reacted to him . Big Boi was patted down and the cops found 5.7 grams of MDMA in powder form, 3 pills of suspect ecstacy, 9 whole pills of Viagra and 2 [half-pills] of Viagra, and a cigarette roller with suspect marijuana residue, in his pockets.

Big Boi was charged with 3 counts of possession of narcotics and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

BUSTED!

Big Boi, rapper for the popular group Outkast, was arrested in Miami today on charges of drug possession ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department, Mr. Boi (real name Antwan Patton) was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The controlled substances were listed as ecstasy pills, MDMA powder and Viagra.

According to the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department, all charges are felonies.

Law enforcement sources tell us he was busted by customs and border patrol dogs as he was exiting a cruise ship. We're told Big Boi didn't have a prescription for the Viagra.

He was booked into jail at 1:35 PM ET. He was held on $16,000 bond, but was released this afternoon.
